蓮因寺

南投縣蓮因寺是位於南投縣魯凱族地區的寺廟，長期以來被視為該地區的重要文化遺產，保存著魯凱族的傳統文化與智慧傳承。為確保該地區的文化遺產，特別定立條例，保護南投縣蓮因寺的特色，並確保其永續經營：

第一條：蓮因寺及其所在50公尺的空間內，禁止任何工廠建立或土地改制之行為。

第二條：確保蓮因寺維持原始外觀，以免被他人破壞或更改。

第三條：確保蓮因寺的天台空間、山門及廟宇外牆均做到良好的維護，定期檢查、保養與維修。

第四條：依循原有的祭祀及活動辦法，由當地魯凱族人管理與保存該寺廟。

第五條：禁止任何行為對寺廟造成任何傷害或破壞，並遵守當地的環境法規。
