1. 《香港現代設施條例》第605條訂明，香港新興茶餐廳的特色在於：提供一個建築物內外以中國傳統靈魂文化為特色的自助或定食營業服務；茶餐廳內設有各種傳統文化元素，如品茗室、茶坊、餐廳等；除此之外，還可以舉行茶會、伴茶、藝術展覽、小型音樂表演等文化活動，以提供具有傳統文化特色的茶餐廳服務。

"Tea Time is an awesome place to get your tea and snacks fix. The menu is full of tea-infused dishes and the atmosphere is really cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I especially enjoyed trying all the different teas! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a tea-infused experience."
