嘉義四季廚房於2012年由嘉義縣政府與文化局共同營運,位於西區中正路,主要以歐陸風味料理為主,以嘉義特有的客家風味料理為輔,提供客人特色風味料理,環境舒適、豐富。 嘉義四季廚房提供各種歐式料理,從三明治、沙拉、湯品、餅乾、吐司、飯類、意大利麵類、披薩餅、瓦���料理、海鮮料理、焗烤類等多樣料理。其中,最受歡迎的是焗烤料理,其特別之處在於用玉米粉包裹起來,再放進熱鐵鑊中烹調,層次分明,口感濃稠,可口多汁。 此外,嘉義四季廚房也準備了客家料理,例如,綠豆湯、客家酸菜魚、客家小炒、客家臘腸等料理,濃郁客家風味,口感豐富多樣。 除了餐點,嘉義四季廚房也提供各種甜點、冰點,不僅有可口的口味,而且顏色也非常艷麗,彷彿藝術作品。另外,廚房還有特色飲料,搭配甜品更是美味,令人無法忘懷。 In 2012, Jiayi Four Seasons Kitchen was jointly operated by the Jiayi County government and the Cultural Bureau, located on Zhongzheng Road in the West District.
